As announced a few days ago, the partner technical team has scheduled this intervention for tonight. The team is currently on-site at the datacenter, preparing for the upgrade.
The goal is to minimize downtime and limit the impact on services. Real-time monitoring will be conducted to track any anomalies or potential issues.

As part of our ongoing infrastructure improvements, a technical intervention will take place at Paris Iglao's datacenter to upgrade our security router and firewall.
Date and Time of Intervention: From the night of November 16th to 17th, 2024 (exact time to be confirmed)
Estimated Duration: Approximately 1 hour
Impact: During this period, there will be a temporary service outage, estimated to last for 1 hour. The intervention may cause interruptions to connectivity and access to hosted services.
Objective: This upgrade aims to strengthen our network security and improve the management of incoming and outgoing traffic, ensuring better protection and performance for our clients.
